a human mind and its purposes

I decided to remake this site. It formerly contained a journal of years past, so long, so many memories, which I kept to read someday again. But it was in dire need of an update, and so I left the old site behind, sort of like an animal shedding its old skin. I'm not yet sure what you'll find here; I am rethinking the content and what is really worthwhile to read or know. Please check back, if you like, as I may be adding new stuff soon.
